RLD Altima is a large high-rise apartment project by Royal Land & Developers at Padur, near Kelambakkam on OMR, south Chennai. It is planned on about 7.42 acres with towers of up to 35 floors and around 1,278 homes in total, of which Tower A has 315 homes. The homes are 2 and 3 BHK apartments of about 1,040 to 1,504 sq.ft. About 70% of the land is kept as open space, and the builder lists 117 amenities, including a 21,000 sq.ft clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis and badminton courts, a box-cricket pitch, a pet zone, music and art studios and many kids' play areas. OMR puts residents close to the Siruseri and Navalur IT hubs, colleges and hospitals. Towers A and B are registered with TN RERA as TNRERA/35/BLG/0252/2026 (dated 28 July 2026), with completion listed for April 2031; Tower A also has an earlier registration, TN/35/Building/0144/2025.
